RePace operates as a marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers of authenticated footwear in Singapore. These terms govern your use of our platform and services.

2. User Eligibility

To use RePace, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Reside in or have a valid shipping address in Singapore
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date
• Not share your account with others
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

4. Buying Terms

When purchasing items on RePace:

• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Purchases are binding commitments
• Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe
• All items undergo authentication before shipping
• You agree to accept delivery at the address provided
• Returns are only accepted for items that fail authentication

5. Selling Terms

When selling items on RePace:

• All items must be authentic and accurately described
• You must ship items within 2 business days of a sale
• Items must match the condition stated in the listing
• You are responsible for proper packaging
• RePace reserves the right to reject items that fail authentication
• Transaction fees apply to all completed sales

6. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure is transparent:

• Buyers: 3% processing fee on all purchases
• Sellers: 9.5% transaction fee + 3% payment processing fee
• Shipping is free for all authenticated items
• Fees are deducted at the time of transaction completion
• Seller payouts are processed after successful authentication and delivery

7. Authentication Process

All items sold through RePace undergo our authentication process:

• Items are inspected by trained authentication specialists
• We verify authenticity, condition, and accuracy of listing
• Items that fail authentication are returned to the seller
• RePace's authentication decision is final
• Authenticated items receive our verification tag

8. Intellectual Property

All content on RePace, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of RePace or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RePace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

RePace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of RePace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
